Ingredients
- 200g Digestive Biscuits (crushed)
- 600ml Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream 35% fat
- 6 spoons of brown sugar
- 1 Vanilla sachet
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 4 spoons of Corn Flour
Instructions
- Put the sugar in a bowl and add 200ml of the dairy cream and mix well until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the remaining cream, vanilla and cornflour into a saucepan. Stir constantly with a whisk over medium heat.
- As soon as it starts to heat up, add the mixture of cream and sugar and keep stirring until it starts to thicken. Then remove from heat.
- Divide the biscuits into 4 small glasses and place the cream on them.
- Let the dessert cool down well and transfer it to the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Finally, sprinkle a little bit more grated biscuit on top of the dessert and serve.
