Fluffy Baked Donuts with Straggato Yoghurt & galataki Chocolate Milk Charalambides Christis

Ingredients
200 g Straggato Yoghurt Authentic Charalambides Christis
100 ml galataki chocolate milk Charalambides Christis
1 egg
60 ml vegetable oil
80 g sugar
180 g self-rising flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
For the glaze:
80 g melted couverture chocolate
1–2 tbsp chocolate milk
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, chocolate milk, egg, and oil.
Add the sugar, cocoa powder, and flour, and mix until smooth.
Divide the batter into a donut pan or muffin cases.
Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes.
Once cooled, dip them into the chocolate glaze.
